Excellent experience with People’s in Buford for our single close, construction to permanent loan. Tammie, Misty, Luanne, and the rest of the crew were great! I never had to dial an 800 number and wait on hold or wait days for an email response. I always got quick, friendly service and I was able to pay all vendors on time throughout the build. We built our forever home, but if I needed to build again I wouldn’t hesitate to use People’s again!
